Custom Constituent Management Systems for Congress
Neuronic worked in tandem with the Chief Administrative Office of the US House of Representatives to design a constituent management system used by 37 members of the US Congress from 2010 to 2017.
The goal of the UX design strategy was to make a UI that was friendly, intuitive, and functional.
We also added subtle game mechanics to the software – designed to increase productivity for the Hill staffers.
The software handled constituent communications, casework management, sick days and leave administration, issue tracking and support ticketing—a suite of applications for congressional offices on Capital Hill and in the districts.
