The Clay Center, Charleston, West Virginia

The Clay Center in Charleston is a unique museum that is a children’s museum, science museum, and art gallery all in one.

The children’s museum features a small town where kids can take on various roles, like fire fighter, grocer, or banker. Neuronic developed the software that sends visitors on quests. The quest game is built into the digital screens that are scattered around the town, like the ATM screen, or the cash register screen.

Neuronic also designed several interactives for the sound and music room — a music puzzle where visitors put together the music by shuffling physical music blocks, a horn with a wheel that can playback your voice at different speeds, a mixer board for composing music.

The art gallery also houses several interactives designed by Neuronic
